Not one service manager to be found. Showed up at 2:30 to get 4 new tires, was told 1 hr. Now on hr number 3 and still nothing. Tires have been ready next to the truck with no one working on it. What a joke, not to mention the rude ass shop employees.

I am pregnant and due to that I needed a new bra plus just the normal groceries. I guess when I first swiped this bra over the scanner it didn't take but I was unaware of this, typically when you mis scan an item it notifies and employee and they help you figure out what didn't take. So as I'm checking out the machine shut down as I'm almost finished checking out and I was told I have to move to another machine and start all over. Mind you everything but just a few items where in bags, so now I'm having to go through all these bags and try and figure out what I scanned and what I hadn't and in the midst I didn't realize the bra had fallen to the bottom of the buggy and I forgot about it. As I'm walking out we were stop and told we needed to come to the back for shop lifting, and no matter what we said they just said we were thieves trying to steal their merchandise. I'm sorry if I wanted to steal a bra (after spending 120$ on groceries) I would've done it a lot differently definitely wouldn't have put it over the scanner. As we were in this office we were told they were the ones who shut down the machine on us like that was going to make anything easier. Horrible people and due to that I will never shop here unless I have to as they scanned my id and put it in a system that targets me for shop lifting. I hope no one else ever has to experience this especially pregnant. Also not sure why they needed three people in the office and one guy thought it was hilarious and seemed so proud of himself laughing at me telling me I tried to steal it.

Just wanted to start by saying that the Walmart Supercenter in Sulphur Springs, Texas has to be the friendliest and actually has people that seem to want to help! To describe the setting, this occurred the weekend before Thanksgiving just at the time when everyone seemed to be getting off work and everyone had their carts filled to the brim with items to checkout. I was fortunate enough to find the nicest checker ever! Cameron was very pleasant, had a positive demeanor, and didn't come across as perturbed when I gave him coupons. Walmart should be proud of this outstanding employee!

We had a case of beer and went to check out and a staff member asked for my ID,I gave my ID to her and the ID was from Mexico and she said they couldn't accept it even though it really doesn't matter where it's from and other staff members have accepted my ID. It's kinda weird .

Decided to try the grocery pick up one more time... thanks for putting produce at bottom of bag with cans and bottles on top of them. They are bruised and smashed! Dented cans you picked are not a welcome addition either. Won't be doing this again because your service stinks

In all honesty in simple terms, this is the closest place i can do my shopping, so i cant complain. Yea i have most definitely been in better Walmarts but for where it at and a-lot of people that live far with being the closest you can only be thankful or get nothing

Worst Walmart ever! Shelves in the grocery department not stocked. Nothing organized. 3 check-out lines open with 6 people deep. Managers need to step up. Several employees standing around looking at their cell phones. I realize it's a holiday but c'mon! Should have went to Brookshires!

Mr. AL and old gal in the back room. So, I'm former vendor and I would like to let everyone know how these people smile to your face then stab you in the back. This is a high volume store and requires a lot of product to be checked in. Well since day 1, There's always a problem with counting because AL doesn't believe you when you tell him a number of the product. basically he counts all the bottles and takes his sweet a** time. It took us 3 hours to check in 12 pallets because he can't count. So what he does is, tells Walmart to send an email to ban me from the store. It was so embarrassing...these 2 in the back will smile at you one second then stick a knife in your back the next.

I was driving down I-30, needed some groceries and stopped here. It was fine; the parking lot and store were packed but there were lots of self check-outs so check-out took just a few moments. Thanks, Walmart!

This is the worst walmart I make a delivery to. I have 9 walmarts I deliver to and this is the only one I will never shop at. The over night manager is one of the rudest people I have met. Its ridiculous. I think I need to call the gm or something I cant get any help. I sat outside their door waiting for someone to open the door this is a sad excuse for a walmart

This is the best Walmart I have ever been in. Most everyone is very friendly and helpful. Sure, you might catch someone on a bad day and they can be a little gruff. But if you talk to them about it, they usually don't realize that they offended you and swiftly apologize. We're all human. The produce department folks -- Chad, Michael, and all the others -- are FANTASTIC. Produce is always super fresh, and the variety and flavors are spectacular. They truly stand behind their products and are always eager to help. Price is not really a driving force for us, but it is Walmart, and the prices are pretty decent. What keeps us coming back are the people and the great produce.

I love this walmart. Some of my friends have their own opinion of this place, but come on yall this is the walmart togo in town(the only walamrt in town mind you). They have the tastiest seasonal produce(lovin their fruit and veggies) and baby stuff for my kiddos, and yeah they have the most comprehensive goods that you may possibly need for your household. I like that I don't need to stop by anywhere else... Oh and they have pretty good subway and redbox inside so I really cant find a reason to complain. The bathrooms are almost always clean, and the staffs here are pretty kind and nice too. I appreciate that they make the effort to greet you. I made a few friends here because I come here so often lol, and I will be forever comin back as long as I live. Keep it up walmart.
