We travelled from NC to Sulphur Springs. We hit several Whataburgers from Georgia to Texas. None were as clean. None came close to the quality of how the food was prepared and none were as friendly. Great place to eat! Shows great management. The other restaurants didn’t seem to even care.

This is a sad day. I never ever thought I would rate Whataburger so poorly. This is about them changing their coffee. The new coffee is so strong that it gives one pains in the stomach. Because of this ridiculous change, I very seldom go to Whataburger and many of my senior friends feel the same. Change is normally good, but this change is the worst that I have ever experienced in any restaurant. Making something worse simply never makes sense. If it’s not broken, then don’t fix it.

Ordered a kids meal and asked to upsize to the 20 ounce drink and they wanted to charge me 2 extra dollars for it. At that point I might as well just order the number 7 or a full size whataburger. It's ridiculous to charge that much for an upside.

Food was good but a manger named Shelby was just being so rude to the employees. I refuse to eat somewhere where management doesn't treat employees with respect.

The overnight crew are the best by far and are always friendly and speedy with service
Excellent place, a good example, the place was super clean and organized, the food was very hot, the staff looked happy and smiling, without a doubt a place to go to eat and spend some time with the family, I loved it, it's a shame that I live in Dallas, I have one left not far away but my daughter and I are happy to have visited this place 😋😋😋😋🤤
