Fantastic restaurant!! We had breakfast here and it was SO good!! Our waitress was super friendly. The dining room was clean as were the restrooms. The food was reasonably priced and cooked perfectly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I was excited to come here until I got here and found that it is 100% unaccessible (restroom) for handicaps in a wheelchair. I was informed the restaurant was "grandfathered in" and the American disability act does not apply to them. Hmmmm....oh well, we won't be able to return. Shame, the food was good

Parking: Yes free street parking but not much and never spot available when we have home. So just left and went elsewhere. Today we parked across the road. Handicapped
Wheelchair accessibility: There is NO ACCESS to restroom for wheelchair
I have not had the opportunity to go in person. I have however ordered Chicken Stew for a large group of people. Madison was very helpful in getting my order placed, as well as with the delivery. We really enjoyed the stew, and very much appreciate White Oak City Limits for making such amazing food!
Parking: Location is great, downtown of Sulphur Springs.

OMG, the ALL TIME BEST Gravy anywhere!! Chicken fried steak was at least 2 meals worth, great fried okra and green beans! Highly recommend this place! Will be going back!!

Nice place. About a mile off 30 in Sulphur Springs. Well worth the detour for real food-not fast food. Interesting decor, relaxing, we’ll go back. Loved it.

1st time in. It was Okay. Don't be in a hurry . I had chicken bacon wrap with sweet potato fries hubby had ham and cheese sandwich with tots. Staff. Was only 2 girls for whole place. Ours took our order then other brought food. Didn't come back but once to check on drinks when we were almost done. Not very attentive but like I said only 2 at lunch time. Atmosphere wasn't really warm and fuzzy little bland. But hey we can say we have been there now.
