People got my order wrong and then got smart with me because they couldn’t admit they were wrong. One of them had the nerve to call my home and threaten me!Stay far away from this wingstop. Terrible customer service skills, and upper management is no better. I say this as someone who worked in fast food and restaurants for 15 years.

food was below average, and when the company/owner answers me, i expect free food since this food was extremely bad !low on seasonings and dry, nasty. i am not from sulphur springs i live close to rowlett texas, one and a half hours away!!!

The garlic parmasean wings are the best. Dip them in the ranch, and the fries in cheese and you will be in a wingstop yummy coma!

I placed a to go order...not a combo just fries and wings. I specifically asked for a large ranch dressing and I got nothing!!! Called them, no manager available because they were 'training' someone. So I get nothing bc a 16 year old kid didn't take my order correctly. They need to train who is at the front desk or we will never be back nor will my team or my family or anybody I know that I can spread the word to in Sulphur springs or in Emory. I hope the so called managers understands the repercussions of one or two transactions and will make things right or suffer the consequences of poor management and direction. One unhappy personX 10 listeners x100 people listening x1000 turns into a bunch of unhappy customers. The simple reason that I didn't get a 3& tub of ranch will cost you hundreds and maybe thousands because you didn't have the personnel to handle the situation. That's an expensive way to learn as a business and to train your people.

Walked into the store in Sulphur Springs at 2:41PM. Ordered, got our food AFTER folks that had walked in after us, and other online orders --- 40 minutes after we ordered. 3 folks working (all appearing to be teens and didn't seem to know what they were doing), asked twice where our order was, then came to learn that it had been sitting out on the counter. They had to replace the frys. They said there was no name but I have my reciept #20027 090423. WON'T BE BACK!!!!!!!
Nobody inside knew what they were doing. They gave us chicken nuggets with barely any sauce and made us pay $2 to get more. They were rude and impatient with us. And by the time all of it was over they gave us the wrong kind of wings and they were soggy.

My only problem with this place is that they don't seem to know how to drain the grease after frying it. Drain the damn grease! The food should not be soaking in grease when placed in the containers.
