Only give 1 star because you have to the leave a comment. This location is by far the worst experience I have had. Horrible staff and rude management. This place never has food items and give wrong orders to customers. This place is a disgrace to the label of the company. Management don’t have any concern and better yet don’t apologize. They make nothing but excuses. Someone in corporate office needs to do something. I spoke with 2 so called managers and both are very young and have no management skills.

Maybe if they actually listened as you order, instead of rushing and cutting you off, they would get the order right and give you what you asked for. Asked for chopsticks, got a fork. Food mostly cold and messy as if they just quickly threw it in there.

Had to wait over 35 minutes to receive our food after being told it would only take 10 minutes. Then finally receiving our food and missing some of our order. It was a bowl with super greens and teriyaki chicken I went in didn’t fuss just let them know someone said to give them just a little bit I did I seen them throw veggies on to the pan not even a minute later gave me my bowl went to go eat it and the vegetables were completely raw. Absolutely annoyed went to voice my concern to the manager I wasn’t rude about it asked just to be refunded for my bowl. No apologies or attempt to make it right. I absolutely do not recommend this location. Also, my daughter’s kids meal was just simply thrown together.

If I could give zero stars I would. The kid taking the order has zero customer service experience apparently. Very rude. Took a total of 30 mins for grilled teriyaki chicken. I’ve tried to give this location a chance after they messed up my order numerous of times, but I am done with this location.??

This place on Collins is unbelievable!! The service is a joke and the food even if it is good it is ridiculous that the never have Teriyaki Chicken! This time i said i will wait! They laughed when i said i would wait!!!'the place is in the dark and not clean the staff was standing around! Tired of trying to make this place good for it is close to home ! Ran by a bunch of kids who care less!

Absolutely disappointed. Ordered fried rice and broccoli beef for takeout. There 3 tiny pieces of beef (which weren’t even beef but fat pieces). Not asking for much but atleast some actual beef & sufficient amount of protein. Not sure if this is some money saving ploy by management or carelessness by server.

I went to the restaurant when it opened and ordered an orange chicken plate when I got home the rice was hard and the chicken was small I did go back up there and they did replace my order and the picture below was the replacement. They was kind and apologized for the mistake I have no complaints because them they handled the situation very respectfully I go here All the time this the the first time they had to fix my order
