Bought a plate and there was hair in the food. I had to GO BACK and request a new batch of the meal without filing a lawsuit!
Was in line behind 2 people at 12:30pm prime lunch time. The line moved quickly. They were out of fried rice. My turn came I asked for a plate with one entree and two sides: orange chicken , fried rice and super greens. They server kept asking if I wanted an extra serving of orange chicken. I guess he didn't understand what I requested. He was still in the mindset of two entrees and one side. I had to wait about ten minutes for the fried rice. Customers have noted that during busy times, there can be delays in getting lunch, but staff generally try to handle the rush calmly.
Recent visits have seen helpful and friendly young employees, including Oliver, who was welcoming and attentive, making sure orders were correct with professionalism and a smile.
