“The food was fresh and clean, the veggies were crisp. As good sweet and sour chicken and crab rangoons as I have found in major cities. Loved the extra sweet and sour for the crab rangoons. When I picked up my food, the dining room was clean and the people working there were quick and friendly. I already look forward to ordering again, because the food quality was good and I expect the same with my other favorite Chinese dishes.“

“The stir-fried seafood with tofu is good and flavorful. However, the vegetable dish is a bit salty, and the pork intestines with pickled mustard greens weren’t really to my taste. Overall, the food is okay, with some dishes better than others.😊“

“No issues at all. Some of y’all just like to complain or are competitor bots. Great food at a pretty good price. I’ve tried about 1/3 of what’s on the menu and have been pretty happy. I use DoorDash and haven’t been to the establishment so I can’t comment on that. If DoorDash gets any more expensive I will drive there to get a to go order and head home. If you want to complain, order a pizza from the Richardson Pappa Johns. Try that and let me know how you feel. Also, I recommend the upgrade for the fried rice on each meal.“

“Probably the best Chinese take out when it comes to price, quality, and quantity. Wait time is a little long sometimes but that’s because they always have customers. I always order the orange chicken with fried rice and chili oil. It will run you around $10, two nice servings and the chili oil is hot! :D“

“I got the lunch chicken lo mein that comes with a spring roll, the egg drop soup, and an iced tea. The food was great, the portions were perfect. I spent $21 including tip. Good Chinese food restaurants like this are hard to come by. I’ll definitely be back with my family. The only thing I wasn’t too much of a fan of is the chili oil, it didn’t taste fresh. I’m a big chili oil girl, so I have high expectations anytime I go anywhere. I know each recipe is a bit different but this one is definitely not for me.“

“I ordered combination fried rice, spicy chicken fried rice and pork fried rice. I also had fried dumplings and egg rolls. When I say nothing disappointed, nothing was disappointing. The customer’s service was amazing. The cooks were just wonderful. The food was more than enough to feed a large family, literally could feed 3 to 4 people. This restaurant is a must visit a must try and also for myself will be back. Fresh food!!!“

“I have been eating here on & off since 1993. It is still as good as when we first ate here. This time we got the lunch menu shrimp fried rice, pork fried rice, and the combo lo mien to spit between two people. It was very tasty, and we got extra egg rolls, they have the best egg rolls of any Chinese food place we have ever ate. They are a lot more pricey than before, but everywhere else is to because of Biden economics. Vote Trump 2024 to get back to normal.“

“I ordered carry out from Chan’s on January 1, 2026 and didn’t get my sweet and sour sauce that I ordered with my food. I called and the lady took my order said she didn’t get my order correct because she was training someone and then ask me what did I want her to do about it because they didn’t charge me for the sweet and sour sauce. She kept saying they didn’t charge me for it as if that makes it okay. They don’t need her training anyone. She need to go back for a refreshing training course because she don’t listen to what the customer is ordering. But as for me I’m done with Chan’s because this is the second time they’ve gotten something wrong with my order and they don’t care when you call them about the inaccuracy in the order. There’s too many other places to spend my money at then Chan’s.“

“Me and my husband order from here quite often and have it delivered. Tonight we ordered dinner and it was fantastic! Everything we get here is always freshly made. You can tell when food sits and when it is fresh. Everything here is always fresh. But I usually get orange tofu and tonight it was fantastic. It was not too spicy or too hot. It was perfect. Just the right amount of sauce and everything married together well. But the reason why I chose to leave a review now rather than any of the other times is for their crab Rangoon.It was stuffed so full that It could barely close. Many Chinese places you go to you might get a little bit of filling. But here they always make sure that there’s enough. It makes it taste fantastic and for that I say thank you. This will continue to be our go to Chinese food spot.“

“Egg rolls I had for an appetizer are definitely in my favs of all time. Orange chicken was good in portion and taste could have used just a little bit of a kick. Showed up at an off time which can often result in poor service but it was very good in this case, including the hostess or maybe owner stopping by to chat about the book I was reading. “The food is 100% spot on - I gave them 4 stars for overall rating because the "service", meaning the 30-minute PLUS wait time for any order, is excessive. The atmosphere is best described as "hole in the wall", but hey - the food is great!“
