I had such a great experience at Panda Express thanks to Oliver! From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. He took the time to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it and handled everything with such professionalism and a smile. It’s rare to see someone go above and beyond in customer service these days, but Oliver truly did. He made my visit smooth and enjoyable, and I left impressed not just with the food, but with the service.
Food was great. Every time I go to panda Express I always get a large ice water to go with my meal, usually I get told there is a 99¢ charge with a big cup and I'm fine with that. This time they charged me for a full priced fountain drink and when I asked why I was charged for a full price fountain drink I was told that just what it was. That was a little aggravating but I accepted it and went on about my day.
My day just got a little better! Shout out to to AXEL!! I appreciate his customer service and how he asked how my day was! It's those little things that changes someone mood! My orange chicken bowl was fresh as well! Thanks AXEL!! Keep being amazing!!
