driving a semi truck n finding a bbq joint is very rare, unless your in Texas, the shipper lineage wouldn't allow me to park until my appointment time, so took off driving down us80 frontage road, pulled in to what looked like a abandoned place....had no idea i stumbled on a good bbq place .
I really wanted Texas BBQ. We finally found a place with truck parking. The man was nice, the place was clean but the food was not Texas BBQ as we know it. The BBQ sauce tasted like tomato soup. The beans had so much pepper, I could eat them and the Mac and cheese was edible but the pasta was overcooked.
I want to move back to Dallas soooo bad for so many reason ! (Food) 🙁 I wanted a Baked Potato, this place was suggested to keep me driving to Dallas! Sigh 😞 They didn’t have chives or bacon bits! White onions? Why does it look soupy?🤔 Presentation is a presentation is a key. After I took it apart it was okay 🫤 The BBQ Sauce was watery. Driving to Dallas or my kitchen next time.🙄
