Rude employees in the morning they have no customer service skills. The girl working the drive thru today had a stink face the whole time.

Just a little disappointed, I stood at the very end of the counter for five minutes while 6 to 7 employees bustled around, but wouldn’t even look up to acknowledge me. When I did grab my order, I was told that I had to wait for somebody, but six people had already looked at me and walked by me so the short Short that so awkwardly put the rest of the dining room and a total silence is the one that is making your reviews go down in this restaurant. I live for Starbucks every single day, but you will never see me come to the Sunnyvale Starbucks as long as that troll is still there.

They really need to get their energy together at this location. They don't greet, smile, nothing. It's not a good look. This has happened to me more than once. It's time for management to look at the reviews and fix the issues at this location.

Shack Trackin

Long line at the drive-through, so I went inside. The bread/cookie display case for the was full of tiny flies, crawling all over the food. The pick-up counter was dirty and was cluttered with empty to-go bags, and the girl taking my order struggled to get it right. Disappointed, Sunnyvale! You need to do better!!!
