Very, very delicious food, I absolutely loved that chicken they made with the Lo Mein we ordered, I ended up stealing it off my Mimi's plate! The people who worked here were absolutely lovely as they were so nice, and so very polite! Not to mention, they were very patient while we ordered. I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends as the food was delicious and the customer service was lovely. Not to mention, the environment was absolutely gorgeous, completely stunning decorations! 9/10, Only because I rarely give 10/10.

For only being 0.4 miles from the hotel, all my food was luke warm. When I think of soup dumplings I think of there being broth in them, mine were all split open and were more like gyoza. The bao's had some flavor but were nothing to write home about.Save your money and go somewhere else.

Getting everyone in the family to try new things is a Herculean task, made super simple at Bao’d Up. The kids were all about the boba drink flavors, fries, and dumplings!Kid-friendliness: “This is the best chicken I’ve even eaten.” - Picky 6 year old

Used to be good. Now the food has this weird taste and smell that triggers ones gag reflex. Thought it was a one time thing but went back a few weeks later and it was exactly the same. Tossed it out since I am afraid of food poisoning.Avoid!

Great menu. The Wasabi Shrimp taco and hot pot brisket are delicious! For dessert the Egg Cream buns are spectacular.

My Bao were flat and dense, much smaller than I expected for the price. Did not seem freshly made.

I want to first say I have always loved Bao'd Up. The people have always been so kind and wonderful but with my last order I received these two packets of expired sauces. I know they recently changed up their menu so I'm not sure if the company went under new management but I do know after this I no longer feel comfortable eating here. I'm going to miss my milk teas and bao but its not worth getting food poisoning.

Loved the shrimp shumai guabao! Crispy fried shumai, enveloped in the guabao, with a Light wasabi sauce and crunchy lettuce. My husband inhaled the noodles with tofu and chili crisp with edamame. I wish they had Dan Dan noodles!! Fun concept, and a small menu with range, like brisket bao and vegan options. Good prices, but would love more veggies in the chili noodles and a bigger salad for the price ($3.99)

My favorite place, definitely pricey but it's hella worth it. I'm able to order without talking to anyone and when I do go up to the front they are always the best. The lobby is beautiful and always decorated, I love the boba and recommend coming here if you can!

I’ve literally waited for one drink for 45 mins. Seen people come in after me and get whatever they ordered before I did. I was given excuse after excuse with no real explanation. I’ll never be going back to this place again.

For the price I just don't see this place being worth it. Every time I come here the wait is atrocious. We waited nearly an hour just for the order to be missing an entree and have the wrong protein. It's extremely crowded and loud when busy and the food just isn't that great for how much you are paying, especially with the slow service.
