Ordered our dinner today and to our surprise half of our orders were missing something. My kickin chicken came with no coleslaw, also got the crispy jalapeño burger and came without the crispy jalapeños, our side of loaded baked tato came with no bacon bits… We’ve ordered many times and we always get everything as it should be. We actually signed up because we’re becoming big fans of the food and service. Oh and to top things off we didn’t get out free pizookie lol it was definitely a different experience compared to all the others we’ve had.

First time coming to BJs and it was amazing! We were greeted by the hostess, super sweet and gave her own recommendations, which I do love! Our waitress Lauren was on top of everything! Even the manager came to us with such bright personality and smile! Bar drinks are super delicious! Do recommend the Prickly Pear Hard Lemonade, is so good! Will be coming next time! c:
