I stopped by this morning to try some donuts. The lady at the counter was helping someone else so I took a look at what donuts they had in the case and then I stepped behind the person being waited on to wait my turn. About three minutes later, an older couple walks in and stands to the side of the cash register. As a result, I move up a bit to show there is a line. The employee finishes up with the current customer and then proceeds to turn to the side and help the older couple who seem oblivious to the fact that they just cut in line. Not sure how the employee who was helping completely overlooked the fact that I was waiting and she skipped me. Horrible customer service. Doesn't matter if the donuts are the best in the world (which they aren't), not going back just because of lack of customer service.

The BEST gluten free donuts in Austin!! I have fed them to my non-GF family and friends and they cannot tell the difference!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free donuts are amazing!!
I’d loved bougies for so long because they offer gluten free donuts that are very much like a regular donut.I liked the flavor options as well.Unfortunately the cost versus size has begun to leave me preferring to go without. These donuts can be done in 3-4 bites while their gluten filled counterparts are about twice the size.In our visit today the associate left out parts of our order, which when there’s toddlers to be affected is not okay, let alone when it’s as simple as picking up a donut and putting it in a box.Finally, we apparently lost all our points because they changed rewards systems, and were never informed of the change. We go in every week or two so this was a big disappointment. To have been loyal customers for a few years, and lost any earnings we had.I’d rather go without, and get my family donuts where we are welcome.

I found my iced latte! Tried the Cinnatoast latte and have forever been obsessed! Place has a couple of tables indoors perfect if you wfh, where music isn't too loud and need just enough space. Their staff has made a GREAT impression on me with this cute little coffee shop. Bravo!

They have a huge selection of fancy, yummy donuts along with vegan & gluten free options.They also have several different coffee options, I always get a flavored latte. Plus their sausage & cheese kolaches are delicious. See you next time, cheers!
We live nearby but have never been for some reason. Finally randomly stepped in and bought two donuts, a lemon lavender and a pistachio brown butter (?). Both were suuuper good and gone very fast. We got a coffee as well, which was also good! Overall looking forward to returning to try other donuts in the future!

We come here for the coffee and the donuts. Service is always good, but I find myself wondering why the food we're eating at the inside tables is given to us in a bag as if we're taking it out. Opening the bag, there are no napkins; instead on the wall there's a dispenser of handtowels that are badly suited to cleaning sugary toddler fingers. For $6 a coffee, are napkins too much to ask?
Super expensive $80 for 2 dozen donuts is an awful lot! Were tasty but...so are donuts fro chains.

A donut shop with delicious espresso yay! Usually to coffee is sub-par, but not at Bougie's. The donuts are beautifully displayed, and they have king cake donuts for Mardi Gras. I had a kolache which was delicious. I noticed as I was drinking my coffee that the kolaches are very popular. But many people were ordering donuts. I will try one next time I am here. This is an excellent small business to support. Go here!

Went in this morning, the cashier was nice. Drink is ok, I placed a few business cards thinking they support local businesses & the other lady came and just grabbed my cards and tossed them. It would have been nice if I got them back or if she let me know otherwise. Very disappointed on how rude she did that. Sadly this is not a place for community.
