This place was okay for the price and food. They give a lot of rice over stir-fry. Rice was bland and dry. I got the Vegetarian vermicelli, and it was a coconut curry flavor with a little spicy. It was okay. The Ginger Wine sauce VeggieTales stir fry was delicious. Spring rolls were mediocre. We spent $33 for 2 people, no drinks. I would have preferred more stir-fry, less rice. I'm not sure if I would come back. It's annoying they put suggested tips on the receipt. This is a fast food joint like Chick-fil-A. Tipping is so overrated for over priced mediocre food.Vegetarian options: Decent vegetarian section. Ginger sauce was delicious.

My girlfriend went to pick up my order and it turns out they were expecting a guy instead of a girl they told her. I had to go and get it since I didn't know this place based their orders off of gender. I really don't like the system they have going on here, like how were they expecting a guy instead of a girl.

Always love their choose-your-own-veggies stir fry. And their Hot'n'Sour soup is my favorite.

Tuesday February 6 @12.am exactly I was here to buy food for my family I got to the cashier so they can take my order .. Manager comes out of no where and she says she can't do any exceptions on our food because theirs new owners . Mind you I've been here before and they've always done it like I ask for it with out any problem as long as we pay the fee that's going to be applied for making it different . The manager was super rude and it's not the first time she's rude and aggressive . I asked for a sauce and she said she can't sale it so why have it at the restaurant? If your not going to be able to sale it to the coustemer ... I've worked at many restaurants and when people ask for exceptions on their food we're allowed to do it just like I said but it will be a fee . I've spent over 100$ here and I will no longer be coming back here . Horrible service .. also her husband works here and he's the one that told us that when ever we wanted an exception to ask for it just like it's in the picture ...

I had lunch there this afternoon. The food was great. I had the traditional sauce with chicken and rice vermicelli noodles.I ordered online and picked it up about 20 minutes later. Very quick. The staff were smiling and courteous. The store was clean and smelled of great food.

Compelled to leave a review. Completely polar experience today as the menu/ food is actually really good, but the service and hospitality were beyond poor, it was atrocious. The staff and especially what appeared to be the manager, were obstinate and flat out rude. In fact, I have not encountered such offensive comments and behavior in a long time. Never going back.

I really wish I could write a good review, but after years of coming here, it's gotten to the point where 50% of the time something in my food tastes rotten or has gone bad. It's always either the tofu, onions, or bell peppers. When it's good, it's good, but the amount of bad food I've bitten into is ridiculous- I have never had this experience at any other restaurant. Apparently I'm not the only one with this issue as well, according to multiple other reviews.

Fire Bowl Cafe is great choice for a wide variety of Asian cuisine. The price is just right for the type of Asian food they serve, and they have a huge array of options. The environment of the restaurant is also pretty nice and clean, with modern decor and feels. Overall, a pretty good option for Asian food, especially if you or your guests are not the type to explore more authentic culinary options.Parking: Plenty of parking, the location is just a little tucked away in the shopping center.

Very surprising they said there is no WiFi for guests when I attempted to get the password. When I questioned that as it showed up on available networks they said it was down. It was very disappointing as I had already ordered and paid for my food. I was looking forward to a quiet lunch reading through my Flipboard. I've not been at an eatery in years that did not offer WiFi. The staff was so nice. But Management needs to get their act in order.
