I first had Ike’s when I lived in San Jose and thought it was just so amazing with unique sandwiches. I was shocked to see that it had made its way to Austin. The lady that helped me was very kind and gave me great suggestions for trying a new sandwich.

This place normally is great but the staff was unfriendly and the customer service was terrible. I walked in at 10:52 AM and there was not a single other person in the place. Walked to the counter to order and the 1st thing the employee says to me, before you order it will a minimum of 30 minutes to 40 minutes!!!!I understand that they have catering orders, but to not be able to service a customer standing right in front of you before 11:00 AM for over half an hour is terrible customer service.

I get a $3 coupon if I leave a 5 star review. Haven’t tried the food yet. First time here. Hi Mom!OK I ate the sandwich. Well I inhaled it to be more specific. And I like Reuben’s. So it’s very good. I can’t eat again for a week given the calorie content but it was a superb sub.

I come here every other month. When I do I'm never disappointed. They have the best vegan sandwiches. And I love that they always give you a lollipop to enjoy after you’re done eating. I would definitely recommend coming here 10/10!

I love this location so much, i work at the ulta near by and i come in almost every day for my lunch, and the staff is amazing, not only are they so kind to me but they’re super time efficient and they remember my order and name! every time me and my coworkers come in we feel so welcome.
