The entire experience here from start to finish was incredible! Our server Rachel B was so sweet and personable. She made sure we made it on the happy hour menu even though we came right as it was ending :) the food was incredible and its definitely easy for your eyes to be bigger than your stomach since everything looks and tastes so good! It was mine and my boyfriends 1 year anniversary and the manager came up to talk to us which was very sweet and gave us a lil drink voucher as a thank you for coming in which really made the evening :) we will definitely be coming back!

Went for dinner. Grills were extremely sticky and had to get it changed 4 times with only 2 people eating. Have never seen a kbbq that has you spray cooking oil before grilling. Prime brisket was dry and tough, beef belly was too fatty and stuck to the grill resulting in a mess of small charred pieces we had to scrape off to eat. No rice paper/radish wraps. Kpot pork belly was the best item there

we ordered BBq. meat quality is not that good and pretty small quantity. All bbq stovetops have non-stick coating came off. This makes meat burnt and stick to the stovetop easily even after we put a lot of oil. I feel they also should separate the place where they put sauce and buffet. It was a very long queue to get everything. Service was good though.

This was my first time and it was amazing! I got the Tom Yum base and as it was pretty spicy it was very enjoyable. Gokay was our server and very friendly. 10/10 will be back!

Had a fantastic experience from the food, to the service, to the atmosphere! Our waitress, Achi, brought the energy and made the experience one of a kind! she had all of the best recommendations, the food came out quicker than you could say K-Pot, and the manager TJ checked on us several times while bringing us his favorite cut of meat! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be heading back soon!

First time at this location and it was amazing. Our server Digby was super sweet and attentive and great at his job!! He checked on us a bunch and we were never left wanting a thing. We came for lunch on Sunday and did hotpot and bbq and it came out to be $41 not including tip. The options here are endless and delicious! The short rib and beef bulgogi were my favorite grill options and I love adding pumpkins and fresh noodles to the Szechuan broth. Will be coming back to kpot for sure!

We had an incredible experience last night. We were able to get a table within 20 minutes, and enjoyed cocktails and Soju at the bar while we waited for our table. My fiancé and I brought our best friends to check it out for the first time( since we had a great experience for our first time as well). The whole atmosphere of our night started with Achi(our waitress) giving us all the energy and hype we needed to get the night started! We loved her energy and how involved she made the whole process for us. She was fun, attentive, had amazing suggestions and truly made the whole time special. TJ, the General Manager, is another amazing part of the experience. You can tell the whole team works and flows so well together, and he plays a huge part in that. They both made the entire night a forever memory for all of us. We loved the food, staff, and overall just couldn’t have had a better night.Achi is also an amazing artist who drew pictures of all of us. Such an amazing night.
