Such a beautiful and thoughtfully planned new cafe / bar! The drinks were delicious and the food from Veracruz and Dee Dee were both great. Very family friendly with nicely maintained play area. The ambiance is incredible and the staff were so nice. I encourage other reviewers to remember that this is still their soft opening and I think they’re doing a great job so far!

We’ve been SO excited to try this place and are (still) very grateful for this type of work hunt opening up down South. and while I know they’re working out the kinks still, our first experience today was really less than ideal.
First of all, parking was horrible. My husband had to park at Lowe’s across after after circling for 10 minutes. Then, After waiting 30-40 minutes in the Veracruz line, we were told our food (4 tacos) would take 20-25 minutes, which at that point was totally fine. 50 minutes later, I hadn’t received a text, so I went to check on my food and somehow it was ready? and then our food was cold & way sub par for Veracruz. Additionally, we were expecting high quality craft coffee, and to our disappointment, our drinks were made from a machine. So bummed.
Only redeeming quality is that the space is beautiful and vibes were good, especially on a nice day.
Hoping we can come back in a couple of months to a different experience once they figure a few things out.

Stopped by this weekend and the only food option available at this point was Veracruz - so be warned that the line is long and it will take a while (specifically for families with hungry kids this is a challenge). Once there are other food options I’m sure it will be great but for now we had to bail and go elsewhere bc they aren’t yet ready for the demand.

Stopped by the soft opening while visiting Austin with some friends and loved the setup! Drinks were reasonably priced and tasted great, and the outdoor vibe was super cute and laid-back. We grabbed food from the taco spot on-site and it was so good — I’d honestly check out their other locations too.
Only thing I noticed was that as it got later, there were still a lot of kids around, which kind of changed the vibe a bit. Not sure if that’ll shift once they’re officially open or if hours will go later. Parking is also pretty limited, so hopefully they expand that. Still, it’s a fun new spot and I’m excited to see how it grows!

Brand new spot Leona in Austin delivered an exceptional experience, thanks in large part to General Manager Camila’s outstanding customer service. When asked, I shared my honest feedback about one of their menu cocktails, Camila listened attentively, took immediate action, and personally ensured the drink was remade to perfection - turning a minor hiccup into a highlight of the evening. Her professionalism, warmth, and commitment to getting it right left a lasting impression. With such superior attention to guest satisfaction, Leona isn’t just a great spot for inventive cocktails and ambiance; it’s a place I’d enthusiastically return to, knowing every detail will be handled with care.

The landscaping, ponds and waterfalls add a lot of character and make this cafe feel more like a garden. Also, love the decor and the thoughtful outdoor conversation spaces! The lines were a bit long but assuming this will improve with time. It’s a great space to catch up with some friends or hang out with your family. Very kid friendly.

One of the best venues in Austin. Beautifully designed space with two of my go to food spots (Vera Cruz and Dee Dee). Still have some work to do during the soft open. I’m sure they weren’t expecting the amount of people that showed up pre-GO. Service at the bar needs some improvement. The drinks were great but the wait was long. Maybe add 1-2 registers or a handheld to keep the traffic going. I noticed quite a few customers leaving.
Congratulations! This is one of my new favorite spots in Austin.

Visited today during their soft opening. Lines were longer but that’s to be expected. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. My favorite part is that there’s a good amount of parking, and even with the parking lot full there is PLENTY of seating around. The grounds feature some great shaded spots, a covered pavilion, a kids climbing area towards the back, plenty of restrooms and several food options. Right now I think just Vera Cruz is open for breakfast. Dee Dee did open for lunch when I’m there. I’d recommend coming with a group so you can divide and conquer between the coffee line and food line. Will definitely be back!

Vera Cruz tacos were delicious. Coffee was great but too small and waited wayyy too long in line. That's my opinion and probably has something to do with all the excitement and buzz around the grand opening. I just think that one point of sale for 40 people in line maybe a gross underestimate.

Great ambience, reminds me a lot of cosmic pickle.
I ordered the banana cold foam hoijcha latte. I was expecting an earthy robust flavor from the tea and a layer of banana cold foam on top. (It sounds incredible)
Alas, the drink was watery & bland. It wasn’t super sweet, which I appreciate, but the flavor was weak. Also it seems they just pour cream without shaking or whipping it first, so it mixes into the drink vs sitting on top like most cold foams.
The drink menu looks great - hopefully the other drinks are better, or improvements are made.
The grounds are stunning and since it’s just down the street from me, I’d like for this to be a place I could frequent & also enjoy the drinks.
