Went there for lunch today, service was not good at all. Sat for 5 minutes before server came, took a long time for me to get my meal. Finally got meal but no drink, Finally got tea. Food was delicious but service from server was slow, she was courteous, I had to stop one server for water instead of tea, because I needed to drink something to wash down my food. Took forever to get my to go meal. I normally do complain, but today was not Longhorns Steak House Best. I normally go to Slaughter Lane for lunch, but never again will I come back to this establishment.

I usually order the steaks which have always been good. I made the mistake of ordering chicken fried steak the last time I was there it was grizzly and mostly batter in about 30% grizzly meat. I think I'll stick with the steaks there. The waitresses have always been very good and it's very clean. I will continue to eat there but skip the chicken fried steak.

You can tell a great restaurant from a good restaurant from how the staff handles a mistake. And this place is A++!! There was a small mistake on my order, and the waiter noticed right away and did everything in his power to make it right. Then the manager came over, apologized, and comped dessert. The staff's kindness, accountability, and attention to detail was amazing and my boyfriend and I will definitely be back!!

Torry is an excellent asset to this company! From my years of expertise in this business, I don’t get impressed much but tonight service and food was on point! Happy New Year!

Good was lovely … only complaint I have is the staff with the To-go orders I ordered twice in one day and both times they messed the order up so if you do order online make sure to check your items they forgot my drink a1 sauce for the steak and sauce for my broccoli second time I was missing my bread and silverware and drink . Please be considerate of those who order to-go treat them as if we are dining in thank you .

Outstanding for the price!
Autumn was our server and she was very unprofessional. She act as if she did not want to serve us at all. She was unfriendly and didn't even introduce herself. I had to ask for her name. She never gave us drink refills or checked on us. We had to flag her down for napkins. When she did bring it, the napkins looked so wrinkle like it was used. She needs a attitude check and go back to basic training for customer service because she is a horrible waitress. If they give you her as your waitress...RUN!!!!

Most underrated streak period. The ribs are amazing. The restaurant is clean and well kept. The wait staff is great and friendly. I have been going here for years and I can't say I've had a bad experience.

We don't have a long horn in el paso and after hearing how much better it was than roadhouse I had to try it. Roadhouse would never...food was good specially the shrimp appetizer. We saw our waitress maybe for 4 minutes total. Very unenthusiastic like she was forced to be there. She was in a big hurry to be elsewhere and 90% of the time she was with 1 table meanwhile she was chatting it up laughing i asked a near by waiter dor a refill on my drink. I didn't get one of my ordered sides but she never stayed long enough for me to tell her. At the end we got tired of waiting for the check and paid through the qr code and took the cost of the missing side off her tip. Worse part was the place was empty

We love coming here! The food is always amazing but today our waitress was a bit rude at first. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt since it was Monday after noon. She made us feel unwelcome and gave us some evil stares from afar. As my son finished his meal I continued to order Togo for my grandmother in the hospital. She loved the fresh bread here! I ordered her the chicken fried chicken with Okra. The waitress came back with the bill fold as my son was still eating!!!! I asked her very kindly to please include a fresh loaf of bread for my grandmother and she agreed. She came back for the bill fold and asked if the cash was a tip?? I responded yes and that I would add more on the card provided. ( you would think waiters love cash tips ) she came back 5 minutes later with the Togo and we got up and left the establishment. Upon my grandmother dismay the fresh loaf was not in the bag. She had a huge craving for that warm loaf of bread and that whipped cream butter. This will be that last time we come to this location for sure, felt extremely prejudice and edgy maybe it's because on how we looked because of the strange stares. Any ways the food was mid the stake was bleeding in a medium rare we finished cooking it in the stove later that evening. That short haired blonde waitress at 3pm Monday did make our experience unpleasant! I regret giving her a $14 tip for sure
