Jesus most awful experience it took forever to get the mail is filthy dirty it was hard for me to find a place to eat because every table has not been clean. I absolutely love Schlotzsky’s, but this place was unbearable. My observation was customer service really suck and they need to clean this shop.

The Schlotzsky's on Brodie Lane is a delightful experience. The manager is present, active, and sets the tone for service for the entire staff.
My wife and I ordered DoorDash where we picked it up. Within a minute of me waiting by the pickup station the manager checked in with me to see what I needed.
While I waited, I saw him hustling around and delivering food to tables.
There was an error with my order. But he happily and quickly corrected it. Not only that, but he threw a little something extra on top.
The restaurant is clean and comfortable. It was a great visit all around.

I am beyond frustrated with the drive-thru experience at this location. Today at 1:49pm when I went to place my order, the employee said “order when you’re ready,” but when I did start ordering, it was clear they weren’t even at the register to take it. I had to repeat myself, only for the order to still be wrong when I got it.
If you're not ready, don't prompt me to start. And if I repeat my order, the least I expect is for it to be made correctly. This isn’t a one-time thing — it’s a pattern, and it’s incredibly disappointing. Do better!

Jana, our server, was awesome, friendly and very welcoming!!! We had the Albuquerque Turkey combo & tried their new BLTurkey Sub! Both were delicious and we had a fantastic time.
Food is great, but service is sometimes lacking- leaving customers to stand at the counter for a while just waiting to order.

They have drive thru, or dine in. I like that they have Cinnabon options. I ordered the Italian Calzone, and asked for no ham. It had pepperoni, salami, and melted cheese.It was delishous, and it comes with marinara which is great for dipping the more breadier parts of the calzone.
