The servers are so friendly here and the cheesesteaks are so good! I’ve been going here for like 20 years and I’m so glad they’re still around. Get the mustard sauce. I get the south Philly but when I was vegetarian I got their veggie sandwiches all the time. All of the hoagies come on Amoroso rolls.

I remember when the first Texadelphia opened on The Drag in Austin. I’d walk over from work at Stucchie’s Ice Cream & Yogurt and treat myself to a Philly cheesesteak with mustard sauce, chips, and salsa. It was always a special stop back then—and honestly, it still is today. Same great flavors, same comfort-food vibe, and a lot of great memories wrapped into one sandwich.

I originally started going to Texadelphia in the early 2000’s in Houston & was pleasantly surprised to see one here in Austin. The food was what I remember - great! I love their queso and salsa (which are both made from scratch) as well as the mustard sauce for the sandwiches. Also, the owner has been there during both my visits. He has always asked if everything was good and if there’s anything he can do better. That’s probably why his location is still in business....
