Jetty Shack is a no frills local hang out with food, beer and friendly local servers that everybody already knows. They happily welcome newbies. I know Jetty Shack for their wonderful burgers. As far as I know they do not serve anything else, but I hear they do. They have the usual beer selection as well as coffee and tea. Come here for the burgers. If you find something else you like, all the better!

OH MY MY!!!!! I decided to try the PHILLY CHEESESTEAK at the Jetty Shack…. Let me tell you it did not disappoint. This is one of the best Philly cheesesteaks I have ever had. It is seasoned to perfection. The young lady that made my cheesesteak 8/31 around 10pm…. Hats off to you Girl!!!!!! CHEFS KISS 👌👌👌

9/2/2025 Had to come one last time but with three others so they could experience the Philly cheese steak. It did not disappoint once again. They were all happy.
But this time I got to experience one more item on the menu…. And I would like to meet the person that makes it. The most delicious BANANA PUDDING EVER… am sad I live 4 hours away. Because I would definitely become part of their family 🥹🥹

Very welcoming when we came in. We had their breakfast menu. Everyone’s food was so good we ended up ordering more. If you don’t want to leave the island for something to eat this place was perfect.
I went to surfside beach to see how it was and was surprised that there were less people and clear water. I read the reviews on where to get a burger and this place had the best overall reviews. It seems like a hole in wall place but once you walk in the couple inside is very welcoming and they had an nfl game on and a pool table. I got the 1/2 lb burger it comes with fries and sweet tea is extra. OMG one of the best best burgers I've had. Definitely will come back for more. It was so good I asked where they got the smoky thick sliced bacon and thick beef patties. The get them from Dixie Meat Market in Clute TX. I went there and bought a case of each to take home. Next time I will eat the burger and take home hot wings to try later.

This place is the one you want to come to if you're staying in Surfside. It has that laid-back beach vibe you're looking for in a relaxing location like this. No loud live music, just a family style atmosphere in a wonderful dive bar! The staff is warm and welcoming and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. You can get similar menu options at several nearby places, but with a higher price tag and lower quality food, so why would you? It seems to be a family-run business and they treat their customers like family as well. Next time I'm in Surfside, I'm definitely going back!

came here for dinner and had the fish and chips, cheeseburger and wings. I loved all the food, butter on the burger was a bit much but the fried cod was amazing! The wings were pretty decent too. Staff and atmosphere felt very homey and laid back. Would come again!
