“Great little dive bar for some simple eats and watching the Astros. Friendly staff and dog friendly. Had the pleasure of meeting Salty today. Onion Rings are awesome.”

“I can't give this place a 5 star, as the hours are a little goofy, and it can be a pain in the butt to pick up drinks or get through the drive thru, but the drinks are all icey cold and tastey. The location at the corner coming into Surfside is ideal too. Really no complains here, the menu is vast and has something for everyone. My only real gripe, these don't kick the way the daiquiris do in Louisiana. Still fun, but if I'm gonna consume this level of sugar, i like for my memory to be hazy the next morning. gotta add your own liquor to these if you wanna black out briefly lol. All in all though, a good time, and I do stop through a couple times over the course of the summer.”

“Perfect spot beautiful location food was good service was a little sparse it was the end of the night All in all okay experience except for the facts the mosquitoes or horrible and unfortunately the tacos were made with store-bought tortillas Don't ask me how I know just know that I know and now you know!Parking: You can't really park on the beach depending on the time of night and then the only parking that is marked for them and is a very small parking lot next to a bunch of condos that have reserved parking which makes it very difficult especially if you drive a large one ton truck like us!”

“Good pizza and the other food looked great too. A little busy but to be expected. I suggest send someone to get pizza and wait at the beach. Had so many beach things available too including swimsuits and hats. Not overpriced.”

“The crawfish and crab was absolutely delicious! The service was not. I never got a refill on our drinks, I asked for a bowl and got it after we finished eating, I had to ask someone besides our waitress for the check. The waitress just sucked.”

“We ate here and enjoyed two live bands one downstairs and one upstairs. Food was good and service could have been a little better but worth the trip. I recommend this place for a couple or even if you're alone. We will be back.”

“Hands down the best tacos I have had in DFW!! I first had these during my residency at BUMC with my co-residents. Through the years they have remained my favorite taco in DFW. The el pastor is the best taco for sure!! The tacos even heat up well as leftovers, so don't be afraid to take some home! The service is always so sweet and welcoming, and they are super quick in making the food too! Don't judge a book by its cover on this one!”

Oxtails to Fried shrimp to what I would call the best damn burger I’ve had in brazoria county ! Sucks to live in Houston, makes me want to drive an Hour to get this food ! Will definitely return !”

“We stopped to eat dinner here this week. Let me tell you the food was amazing the waitress was awesome. She was the only one but she made sure she always checked in with us. The view was beautiful. All I can say is good things but you must try their crab rangoon cheese sticks YUMMY!!!!”

“This place is an off-the-beaten-path gem! We ordered takeout and will not order Chinese from anywhere else. When we picked up our order, the owner told us to try everything before we added additional sauces or soy sauce. And he was so right! The food was incredibly flavorful and perfectly balanced. We ordered the chicken fried rice and chicken with garlic sauce. The fried rice was amazing, probably the best I've ever had! The chicken with garlic sauce was sweet and spicy and extremely fresh tasting. And plenty for leftovers! We will recommend Taste of Nations to everyone looking for authentic Chinese! The owner is so friendly and really cares about his food and customers. We will be back!”

“Hands down the BEST potatoes in town! Especially for the price! The tacos are so good, the green sauce is BOMB. Literally anything you order is gonna be amazing. The workers are super friendly too! Love the ladies!”

“From time to time, we visit this buffet restaurant for lunch. I particularly enjoy their ribs and rolls. It's a great place to dine, but be sure to arrive earlylot can get crowded due to limited space. The dining area may be a bit cramped, and keep in mind that they close as the parking at around 2pm.”

“How to beat hands down number one taqueria in clute Texas. The only reason for 4 or 2 is because the tacos got a little smaller and I'm a big guy make them bigger!!”

“In town for work and sisters was suggested for lunch...Walking up and smelling the smoker, I knew I was in for a treat.. small place with lots of sports memorabilia..GO TEXANS.BEAUTIFUL lady taking orders..had the 2 meat plate brisket and sausageAnd I must say it was one of the best I've had on the road..very flavorable and perfect smoke taste...Was going to go back for ribs for my supper, but they close at 2 pm..Do yourself a favor and get some of SISTER WHITES..Did I mention the beautiful lady taking orders?? “Everything you'd expect from a great pizza place! Throw birthday parties here, or just bring a big group after a game or church. It's always made fresh. I recommend "The Texan" and the "Sportsplex Madness" pizzas. Excellent!”
