Kids in the afternoon are disrespectful and nasty don't want to be clean and nor wash hands they were very disrespectful to customers tonight and refused service just because they asked them to wash their hands after throwing trash.

There was two girls in the front and the one behind the counter, she was darker color was really rude and the other girl with glasses was being really nasty she was cleaning tables and throwing trashes, her name is Millie and we asked her to wash her hands and she refused to wash her hands. We asked could we have our money for the ice cream and we asked if we could buy one that was rapped in the bag for my baby and she said oh no we ain’t gonna do that. My baby’s was crying cause them girls where being nasty.

Tacos had hair in it. Got a replacement but taco meat was cold. Then went back to the counter to get a ice cream the person wiped his mouth and didn't wash his hands. cook did have a hair net on but would be ideal for everyone to wear one

The service was slow and uncoordinated. My husband witnessed one worker who tried to take a break have to return to make all the food while the others, well, he wasn't quite sure what the others were doing. The blizzards were thin, so the mixed in goodies all fell to the bottom of his cup. It really was slower than your average slow DQ at 915pm on a Friday night.
Parking: Watch the entry/exit! Our Camry bottomed out on our exit.

Service sucks. Waited over 20 mins for icecream when we watched other behind us get ice cream once we ask Worker at the cash register about our or he got smart ass Manager seem to think it was ok. We did finally get our ice cream but I want be back.

Was there 3-11-25 and the gravy was watery and we asked about remaking the gravy but the little girl Josiah or something like that was very rude and had a bad attitude was being a smart alleck towards my pregnant wife about going to the counter and asking a question about the food she did not want to help or serve us and the manager did not want to do anything about it and I over them talking smack about us on the headset

The food was horrible found hair in my mom’s burger .but the drive thru girl was slow. We had to repeat our order multiple times. She took forever giving us drinks and it took 30 minutes for us sitting in the drive thru just for her to ask us just to pull up to the window. However just for two medium drinks and a large drink she took forever giving us. I prefer to come earlier in the day the night shift is slow. The girl in the drive thru window is doing front counter and not attending to her drive thru window. Our food has been sitting on a counter for a minute and still wasn’t given to us till later.

The most disrespectful experience I’ve had at any business ever. Waited 45 minutes at the drive through with only 2 cars in front of me before an extremely rude teenage girl took my order, which was only 3 blizzards. Pulled up to pay and the girl was laughing at another customer behind us. After paying I saw on the receipt that she had rung up one of the blizzards as the wrong one so I waved her down to tell her before she made it and she rudely told me she knew that it was wrong but she knows what I wanted so it was fine. She brought me the blizzard made wrong and only half way filled in the cup, I asked her why it was only half filled and she said because I ordered a mini and she accidentally put it in a small cup. I could tell it was made wrong so I asked her what was in it and she yells out “I’m not about to play with these people” and walks away. An old man working then came up to the window and says “what’s your problem” and I asked him what was in the blizzard and he got annoyed and told me it was right. Then he asked “so what do you want” and I told him I just wanted the rest of my order, he slammed the window on me and rolled his eyes. He came back one at a time with each of my other blizzards, both extremely melted and one made as the wrong blizzard that they had rung up incorrectly. There was icecream running all down the cup and he laughs and asks if I want any napkins.
This is literally the worse place to eat in sweetwater. Under no circumstances eat here, the food is never fresh and, going to have a 30 min wait for no reason. Manager never on duty and it appears that this dairy queen hires the most incompetent they can find. This location should be shut down and made into something useful. If I could give it a zero I would .

Multiple guests experienced the same issue. They only priorize drive thru apparently.
Do your family and yourself a favor, eat elsewhere. Lord knows it'll save you time.
