My mom has been to this DQ 2 times and both times and the orders were screwed up multiple times on multiple items . Ordered cheese burgers and no cheese, subbed onion rings for fries and got none, tried to charge her for items not received. This is a joke for a DQ and will never go back!!!!!!!!

Terrible service. You shouldn’t hang out of the drive-thru window and have long conversations with your friends when there are customers waiting in line. We weren’t the first ones to drive away without ordering. The car in front of us also got tired of waiting, backed up, and drove off. Kids in the afternoon are disrespectful and nasty don't want to be clean and nor wash hands they were very disrespectful to customers tonight and refused service just because they asked them to wash their hands after throwing trash.

There was two girls in the front and the one behind the counter, she was darker color was really rude and the other girl with glasses was being really nasty she was cleaning tables and throwing trashes, her name is Millie and we asked her to wash her hands and she refused to wash her hands. We asked could we have our money for the ice cream and we asked if we could buy one that was rapped in the bag for my baby and she said oh no we ain’t gonna do that. My baby’s was crying cause them girls where being nasty.

Tacos had hair in it. Got a replacement but taco meat was cold. Then went back to the counter to get a ice cream the person wiped his mouth and didn't wash his hands. cook did have a hair net on but would be ideal for everyone to wear one
