Food Trucks in Sweetwater, TX

“Stopped for some tacos on the way to Lubbock. Wanted to skip the chains along I-20. Chimita delivered. Got 3 different tacos and all 3 were good with the pastor being outstanding. Salsas were fresh and clearly homemade elevating the tacos. There is no signage so it is a little hard to find but worth looking for it. Tacos are good size and good value for how much you get.“
