For what it is, they're doing a great job. Not sure how long they've been open, but the team seems to still care and serve like they mean it. I won't get the $6 shake, however: too much for not enough.

Staff cleaned off the tables quick, guy even gathered our trash while kids were finishing their ice cream

While I absolutely love it there and will keep going back on every road trip. I tried their new salad for the first time and it's the most boring thing ever. Just meat and lettuce?? No sauce, or anything to complete it, I'm wondering if this was a mistake?
