I will say the food was the best tasting food I've had a long time better than KFC. Their biscuits were out of this world. The chicken was nice, fresh, hot and tender. This was the first time going there, passing through the area. This was for my fiancé and I and the 2 dogs
Went through the drive thru and waited forever and nobody came on. Drove to the window and still nobody came. I literally went inside and said I was at the drive thru forever. She said WE ARE BUSY! Never in my life have I heard that as an excuse! Food was great but customer service is TERRIBLE

Chicken was delicious. Very nice cashier. Food was made quickly. Tabletop need to be scraped and refinished, or just needed a thorough cleaning, bumpy and grimy.

We came in and had issues with pin pad not working and nobody available to take our order because they were too busy and not enough workers. A few people came in and left because of the chaos but fortunately, Ashley a nice door dash driver who happened to also be a golden chick employee helped us out. She stepped in even though it was her day off and helped get things back on track. She should be commended on her excellent customer service and dedication to her job.

Went through the drive-thru. They let us know right away that someone before us had ordered big, and they had limited food that would be prepared quickly and had no thighs. We were traveling and appreciated the heads up. The food we ordered was hot and fresh, and the order was accurate.
