It’s very annoying placing an order and it being cancelled, then being told I need my phone to verify the order even though i had screenshots of the date of which it was ordered sent to someone else’s phone whom was going to pick it up and still not being able to get my food. I AM DOWNGRADING MY REVIEW FROM ONE YEAR AGO FROM 4 STAR TO 2 STAR. MCDONALD'S YEARS AGO BEGAN TO TRANSITION TO COMPETE WITH STARBUCK BY OFFERING WIFI AND PLUG IN LOCATIONS.MOSTLY RETIRED I CURRENTLY ONLY SPEND ABOUT 40 PERCENT OF MY TIME IN SWEETWATER DUE TO TRAVEL ETC.... I MIGHT COME BY HERE FOR AN HOUR OR 2 HAVE COFFEE AND EAT AND WORK ON MY TABLET ...OTHER TIMES I HAVE ARRIVED SAY 9....EAT BREAKFAST...SPEND 3 OR 4 HOURS THEN EAT LUNCH ...THEY HAVE NOW COVERED ALL THE OUTLETS BUT ONE ..SO ..I DONT THINK I SHOULD BE HERE MORE THAN ABOUT AN HOUR ..SO I AM NOW GOING NEXT DOOR TO STARBUCKS WHERE I WILL FEEL COMFORTABLE SPENDING A COUPLE HOURS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER. With inflation, prices have really gone up at McDonald's. However, you can save a lot of money and offset this by using the app taking advantage of deals like buy 1 sandwich get a second for $1 , etc, also you accumulate points with every purchase for free items later. There is a lady (Maria?) who does not speak much English but does a Great job cleaning anytime I have been there working very hard, the few times I had trouble finding a clean place to sit I noticed she was not there.Hay una señora (¿María?) que no habla mucho inglés pero hace un gran trabajo limpiando, cada vez que he estado allí trabajando muy duro, las pocas veces que tuve problemas para encontrar un lugar limpio para sentarme noté que ella no estaba allí.

Ordered on the app came to pickup at 11:00 pm nobody would come to the window had to come in only one work person was in here than few minutes later more came in very roud Lady asked me what I was doing she rolled her eyes an gave me a drink with no ice when asked for half full took 40 minutes to get my ordered didn't even get a stray ignored when I asked for one

The manager is very rude. I bought 5 combos and after waiting 30 minutes I asked for BBQ and she only gave me 1. I asked for 4 more and he didn't want to give them to me until I got angry and I had to pay him for them. In other MCs they give them to you for free.

That had to have been the best looking and tasting sausage, egg, cheese biscuit my husband as ever got at a McDonald's and he has been to a lot of them across the USA. Thanks for a better breakfast than usual!
Took almost 30 minutes to get our food. We were way down the road when we realized they didn't give us all the food we paid for.

I think it’s insane how the GM wanted to accuse me of lying about sauces I paid for! I have no problem with paying for sauces but you’re telling me you pay for it and they STILL deny giving you the proper amount? I paid for 3 got nun the GM only allowed the employee to bring me 2 because she said she bagged it and put them all in there when in fact whether she bagged it or not SHE DIDNT put them in there! I hadn’t had a bad experience in awhile but that was disgusting service especially for a GM, when I went inside to get my third ranch she ignored me and another employee serviced me! Then she was questioning the employee about it. Fighting for ranch I didn’t pay for makes sense but when I paid for it do your job CUSTOMER SERVICE! Disgusting environment!
