They were all rude. And the guy taking orders took forever to even say anything to me. I sat there saying hello repeatedly, right as I was about to leave, he answered. I figured I'd give them a chance still, who knows maybe he needed to use the restroom, but then every employee I spoke with was rude with heavy attitude and they forgot food and drinks on our order and what we did get was wrong. I said screw it fed it to my dog and ordered pizza rather than deal with the rude employees again.

Stopped in on a road trip to Lubbock. McDonald's is what it is... normal food. 1 food mistake that was correctly quickly with friendly service. The restrooms weren't the best, but they served their purpose.

I went to this McDonald's, and I couldn't believe how racist towards me they were, I guess that isn't the place to go if your white. McDonald's you really need to fix this problem, I will be making a YouTube video about this place. It is very sad.

Got a ice coffee at the drive though all was fine until I picked it up in my car and realized there was a COCK ROACH on the side of my cup.My car is clean like a new car so it came from MCDONALD'S. I called and when I told them they hung up the phone on me. To bad I liked there ice coffee but not no more.

Nobody is in line, so why are your line cooks in a hurry that the lettuce is not on the chicken sandwich, on both sandwiches?? Extra mayo does not mean smear it wherever and give it to the guy in the drive-thru who realizes the laziness five miles down the road. One pickle is not "extra pickleS". Do better, please.
