Sorry for asking for my entire order, I didn't mean to trouble you

Yeah literally just today me and my brothers went into the shop we couldn’t enter cause the doors were closed but it wasn’t even 11:00 it was around 10 so I’d say we still had minutes too order. But we had to go around into the gas station to the popyes just for the girl with the tattoos was rudely told us “It’s closed the door is over there” she literally pointed us out and not just that counting money and there was food there. Seems like there needs to be a revamp in employment or something because that’s just not right. Honestly I’m more glad I didn’t get food there don’t wanna hand my money to a rude employee.

I just ate at. This has to be the dirtiest,slowest and most unprofessional Popeyes I have ever been to. It took them over 30min for my food. No one there knew what the hell they were doing. After I finally got my food all the breeding fell off and had zero flavor. I paid 21$ and threw everything in the trash.

They messed up our order and then ignored us for a while when we went to tell them. The Mac and cheese was not good at all.

Went to here for dinner on 5/21/2026, as soon as we went in we had a girl rudely tells us the lobby was closed and it was 9 pm, yall close at 11 so that was weird. Then who I assume was the manager a young woman tell the people in front of us ordering at the kiosk practically yell and say all that was available was on the trays behind her. When it was our turn to order at the kiosk she rudely almost yells at the man behind me repeating herself, poor man didn’t speak English and asked if she spoke Spanish, which very rudely said no and didn’t attempt to help him. I step in to translate felt sorry for him. She yells repeats herself again about what she has available and then I ask what exactly does she have so we could order correctly and she says she DOESN’T EVEN KNOW LOL. She clams up when I call her out on that and after helping the guy I leave bc the service WAS SOO HORRIBLE

This here is a very very cheap Popeye don't waste your money here go go somewhere else I know SD truck stop what else do I expect workers got a bad attitude like I said don't waste your time here it's just going to make you upset and ruin your day so if I was you I would not come to this pie eyes

Order my food to go 10 minutes before I got to the store. Just to find out no food was prepared or employees even working to take anyone’s order. Hold time me and five other customers waited 5 minutes to ask for help they just looked at us.

How do you justify $33 for just an 8 piece of chicken?
There is a commentor on here who posted a (2020)receipt for a 16 piece meal for less than the price of 8 piece of just chicken in 2026.
How do you justify these prices? At this point we need to see exactly why you are saying your 8 piece of chicken is almost $33

Very slow, if you're in a hurry I wouldn't stop here. But the employees are nice and considerate
