Ordered food. Ice Cream machine was down. But hey, it was hot and they were busy. Asked about slushies and they were fine with that. Waited over 15 minutes. All the other cars left. The car pulls up next to us and orders. Their food come out. We figured they forgot us, so went through the drive thru. Now they say their slushie machine is down. This is the only reason we went off I20.
everything and there staff is nice and sone of there are so nice to ok
On three separate occasions I went to this Sonic and ended up sitting there for a good 20-30 minutes and would get nothing unless I complained! I get being busy and all, but common sense dictates that you try to get small orders out as quick as possible so they don't get missed like this and you don't put that someone is on their way with your order when they are not coming out for another five minutes (or not at all!).
