Employees don’t pay attention to instructions on app…very poor training…”wrap” was folded rather than rolled and only half a wrap with very little on it when instructions requested more of everything

Seem to be out of toppings and only one worker knew what she was doing.
Parking: Sharing a lot with two other businesses makes it tight and hard to get parking during the lunch hour.

I've been ordering a long time on the subway app. Just here recently I've had nothing but problems when opening my order. Either sandwiches are mislabeled and not made right or smooshed. Salads are not made right or they are very skimpy. I ordered a salad tonight fully expecting it not to be chopped per their sign. Less onions and olives but regular on lettuce, spinach, meat, cheese and cucumbers. The bowl was only 1/4 filled. All you could see was a few sprigs of spinach onions, meat and black olives. They didn't even put in lettuce..and they were not out... I was beside myself trying to figure out how anyone would let this go out. Needless to say I couldn't get a refund...so I just will stop ordering. Very disheartening. I really liked the place until recently.

It is PATHETIC when I walk in at 12:45, on a Saturday, to order a wrap, and I'm told that they are "out of wraps"....needless to say that I will NOT be returning!!!!....and no, I did not purchase anything!!!
