Bigg's Pizza and Grill in Sweetwater offers great food, including homemade pizza, pasta, burgers, and sandwiches. Customers appreciate the large portions and commend the restaurant for its excellent service. The restaurant is well-known for its tasty pizza and delicious wings, which many find to be a highlight of their visit. Service is consistently friendly and fast, especially on weekends, with staff going out of their way to ensure a positive experience. The staff, including the owner, are praised for their kindness and helpfulness, with some staff members even recognizing and honoring veterans. However, the new location has limited parking and wheelchair accessibility could be improved, with only street parking available and a steep ramp for wheelchair users. Despite these issues, visitors often choose to stop here during their travels, noting the welcoming atmosphere and quality food.
