“Ordered 3 times from them in the couple months I’ve been down here- excellent all around. The only suggestion I would offer is that they update on the computer when an online orders status changes (however it’s typically done). Thought I had more time before the food got to me- was gonna hop in the shower- and the driver was at my door. The status said they were still working on it- that’s my luck for ya. No complaints at all- wanted to offer feedback and perspective. Keep it up!“
“Pizza was good but alittle dry.My main problem was trying to use my reward points. Unable to use them even when I called no one knew how to use them.We have used Pizza Hut for years some pizzas they make are better then other times. Itdepends on who cooking.“
“I noticed the manager was the server, so i asked him, 'before i order, is all the food here fresh, or has it been out a while?' I mentioned to the him that the last time i came there a few days ago my breadsticks were kind of cold/hard and I asked him why they no longer put cooking expiration times on the box when you buy personal pizzas and breadsticks. I was actually very surprised at the response he gave me. 1st, he apologized, and then he said, to fix this problem, i'll make your order fresh right now. Then he informed me that whenever you come, anytime if you want your order done fresh right at that moment, you can ask to have your pizza, wings, breadsticks or whatever prepared at that time if you don't mind waiting. I told him, thanks, i didn't know that and then I told him, 'you're a pretty good manager'. 'Most of the people that work there seem to be in a rush or dont really care all that much if your food is done right or not'. To my SURPISE, he said, 'I'm not a manager, i just work here'. 'Hey, this is my job, & that is how i feed my family.' 'If you don't come anymore, then i'm out of a job, right?'“
“Quite surprised as the reviews I've read weren't good. We took a chance and glad we did. The employees were friendly and did a great job getting our order out correctly and quickly. They're were 7 of us and it was a pretty fast process. We got there about 1:30 on a Sunday afternoon and the restaurant looked pretty decent even with the busy Sunday lunch crowd. Our food was good. Be sure to pick up a fresh chocolate chip cookie or two!“
“I ordered from here for the first time a couple of days ago and I was very impressed! I ordered two med pizzas, cheesy bread, a chicken Alfredo, and a kid's pizza. We had some family over so I wanted to make sure we had enough. I could have probably fed 7-8 people instead of the five I was trying to feed. But that’s okay because I love leftover pizza!The burger pizza was my favorite! I don’t know why it’s so good but I recommend it if you like pickles and mustard. The chicken Alfredo was also a favorite of mine.My only complaint was the wait time. We went at a pretty slow time and ordered carry-out. They told me 25 minutes so we left, went to the store, and came back 30 minutes later. They were still working on it so it probably took 45 minutes total. I think we ordered during shift change or something so I’m not upset about the wait but I wanted to share my experience.I wish I had taken pictures! The atmosphere is also very nice. We will be back because I want to try a hamburger and the wings next time.“
