Schlotzsky's Reviews
What happened to your soup? No broccoli and odd cheese. No flavor! i asked for black pepper to help the taste and you did not have any. I don't mind $5.99 for a small cup of soup, but make it. worth it.

Schlotzsky's Deli offers a mix of experiences for its customers. Many enjoy the unique, quality sandwiches made with fresh-baked bread, with favorites like the original sandwich and Cobb salad receiving praise. The food is often described as tasty and served hot. Customers appreciate the exceptional service, noting that staff members are patient and helpful, especially when it comes to ordering and using coupons.
However, there are concerns about cleanliness, as some reviews mention smudges and unclean bathrooms, making customers hesitant about returning. Additionally, while some dishes like the soup have been criticized for lacking flavor and not meeting expectations, others appreciate the value offered with large portions. The atmosphere is enhanced by Christian music, and the presence of Cinnabon is a delightful bonus. Overall, Schlotzsky's Deli has good food and service, but cleanliness needs improvement to ensure a better dining experience.
