It's been years, but the food was pretty consistent with my previous experience. Good sandwiches, and they've added flat breads and such. Disappointingly, they were out of all the beef, which eliminated many of the options we came in for. The poor staff were pretty swamped for lunch so it took quite a while to get food. They said they were understaffed today. The place was clean and food came out hot.
I'm not a huge fan of Schlotzsky's and it's been several years since I had one of the original sandwiches. Since this was a break in out trip and we had to gas up it was convenient. I forgot how' much I truly enjoyed the original sandwich. I was on as conference call waiting in our vehicle and it seemed like a long time to make two sandwiches. There was no one there so I didn't understand the wait. It was 14+ minutes until my travel partner came back to the vehicle. My call ended...read full review

They were a bit overwhelmed by eclipse traffic when we went and were out of roast beef. But most other items on the menu were good. Pizzas just okay, but sandwiches and flatbread items very good
