Updating review. Service is slow but the food is good. Not all the kiosks work.
Monica & employees made our experience so great! The food was prepared so good & tasted excellent!! :)
The food at taco bell has always been good but it seems every time I go its always the slowest service. I kid you not I watched a crew just stand there and laugh and just do whatever they wanted. Sometimes I get my food in a timely manner but 7 out of 10 times I dont. The one in abilene near all the colleges is awesome and you could walk in with no pre order and get your food in 5 min.

Taco Bell is a popular fast-food restaurant that offers a variety of Mexican-inspired dishes. Customers have noted that sometimes the service can be slow, but they appreciate the quality of the burritos, especially the Che cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito, which can be customized to suit dietary needs. The staff is generally friendly and professional, creating a positive dining experience. Many customers frequently visit, often in the mornings, and enjoy the clean environment and outdoor seating area. The drive-thru is available and helpful staff help resolve occasional mistakes in orders. Parking is ample, including space for larger vehicles. However, some visitors find the ordering process at the kiosk inconvenient and have mentioned that restrooms can be unkempt, with no changing table available. Despite these issues, customers feel valued by the hardworking employees, especially noting staff members who consistently provide great service.
