“I was driving by Sweetwater a town in west central Texas and i road by a restaurant that had my last name by coincidence So I had the pleasure of dining at Rodriguez Taqueria, and it was an absolute delight. The food was exceptional, with the menudo and the carne asada being a standout that left my taste buds in disbelief.The great customer service added to the overall fantastic experience, and the owner's warm and welcoming smile was the icing on the cake. I couldn't resist going back three mornings in a row, that's how much I loved it! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great spot. That bihhh was good!!!“
“The service in this place is amazing! Every table was full, but you still received excellent service and food was fast. My favorite item was definitely the taco on the Mexican plate. It was one of the best tacos I have ever eaten. The guacamole was extremely delicious also.“
“Went with the family, had chicken enchiladas, could use a little moisture to the chicken but over all really good food, son and husband had menudo and was good clean menudo, no smells and they really liked it. Service was very friendly and welcoming and stayed on top of your drink refills and environment was clean and comfortable. I recommend this restaurant as a good decent place to eat in Sweetwater without all the alcohol advertising and drinking involved. Will be going back again.“
“I just started going here for the breakfast burritos I haven’t gotten off and eaten but the burritos are DELICIOUS.. the tortillas are so good and the eggs are always so juicy and delicious! Love it so far I want to try out the lunch menu for sure so far I haven’t been disappointed!“
“I have been to all the restaurants in Sweetwater and every Mexican food restaurant more than once but I have only been to Lupitas for the last 3 months and don’t see myself going back to the others anytime soon. They have the best Mexican food in town and with that the best prices. My favorite dish use to be the chile rey but here lately I have been getting the ranchero enchiladas and that is 3 different types of enchiladas all with different sauces. The beans and rice at the other places are really dull compared to lupitas and I spend at least 5 dollars more at the other places for lower quality, less tasty and actually less food, when ordering the same thing I mean. I Just wanted to take some time out to thank lupitas because I think they do a great job there and have great prices compared to other places and lupita herself is a very sweet lady. They also have the best tasting salsa and freshest chips without a doubt.“

Save where we canI love the Bacon Egg and Cheese Burrito from "Amoles" . The burritos was delicious! The bacon is cooked to perfection and the eggs are cooked just right. The cheese is melted perfectly, and the burrito was packed with flavor. Their salsa that comes with it is the bomb. I would definitely recommend this burrito to anyone looking for a tasty and filling meal. The price was also very reasonable. “I ordered fajita nachos. Got home it was chicken!!!!!nasty just nasty, old taste. Took them back I saw the owner digging through the food, I ask him well is it chicken, he replied I don’t know not any there!!!! (Like I had eaten the nasty crap… one bite did it for me. He acted like I had lied to him!!!!! I WONT BE BACK.“
