New owners. Took almost 20 minutes to get 2 burrito and 1 taco.Of course employee received two separate things from the back. Bad service. Probably won't stop there again.

Ordered a bowl can’t have too many carbs and received bowl without a fork. Took someone 5 minutes while I waited at the booth to tell me they don’t have forks ! Why sell a bowl and not have utensils .

They REFUSED to take my order at the counter. They told me I had to use touch screen only.One girl asked coworkers to take my order, no one wanted to.ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.I LEFT HUNGRY.Feces have been found on public touch screens, not endangering my health for fast food and not doing the employees job.I went to the other side of the highway to get my tacos at Dairy Queen where a polite girl took my order promptly AT THE COUNTER!!!

Yes they think you are sapose to order your own food from the keyosk . I hate this!!! the prices have more then doubled and yet still get half the services .
Waited 2o minutes for order inside Taco Bell. Not very clean. When we got our order food was cold tacos were soggy. Some of the sodas in self serve machine out! TERRIBLE FOOD. MAJOR

Hate this taco bell. This taco bell makes you ring up your own order on some dumb touchscreen then you still have to go to the counter and talk to an associate in order to pay/order food. Ridiculous. Nothing fast food about this place, do not waste your time if you are in a hurry!!
