“I placed an online delivery order for my uncle, who lives about five hours away from me, because he was hungry and didn’t have any food. Within seconds of placing the order, the store called to let me know they were several hours deep in delivery orders and wouldn’t be able to deliver, but that pickup was available.

Once I explained the situation—that I live far away and my uncle doesn’t have a car—they truly went above and beyond. They found a way to make the delivery happen anyway, and he had his food within the hour.
