The staff are so rude. They forgot to give our other meal and yelled at us on the mic to get the food THEY missed. The girl at the window told us have a good day and we drove off thinking that was it…as you do. Then we realized we didn’t get our other meal and kindly asked about it at the mic. Very rude staff and not very professional.

The manager is always rude, tonight I went in there to get 2 mushroom burgers with no bacon, the cashier said $17 and change so I questioned it and the manager was very rude so I got my money back and left as I was leaving she said "I had to throw away 2 burgers" so I said well next time wait until the order is completed before you make a sandwich. But every time I go in there this same manager is very rude. I will be calling corporate tomorrow.

The service was horrible the girl at the counter had an earbud in and was rude. She seemed annoyed that she had to help people. Wrong person to have at the counter! Everyone there looked miserable and not welcoming. The place was dirty, and food took forever to come out. I ordered the chicken wrap, and the lettuce was soggy and brown.. My husband's spicy chicken was good. What's going on with this quality of service. What happened to smiling when greeting customers and being excited to serve others. Do better, Wendy's!
