I’ve given this store a great review in the past but this visit was poor. The manager was unfriendly and I had to ask for the rest of our order. The other staff was friendly. Tables were not clean. This manager is normally this way.

The first I see when I pull up - trash all over the parking lot. Once I come inside I see trash on the tables. One employee is sitting down eating while working. The bathroom stalls don’t lock ( had to hold it while peeing ). The hand sink needs repairs as it’s barely working and has mildew build up. No paper towels anywhere to dry my hands. No air dryer either. No soap. .. the employees had no gloves and no hair nets. Food was not fresh by any means.

I tried to be friendly to lighting the mood at speaker, & at window to help the transaction go well. She was to busy talking to other coworkers to pay attention to what she was doing! A little rude if you asked me. I asked her if I could return a straw since she gave me two. Since she couldn't take, & throw away a Dr pepper can, then she wanted to argue that she only gave me one, when clearly I was hold two of them! Did not give me a receipt from the card transaction, Tried to call the phone three time, No one would answer( so I could find out the price of my purchase ( I WILL BE WATCHING TO SEE WHAT I WAS CHARGED ) The food was over priced, & was crap the Burger, Fries, & Dr Pepper all Sucked! I will, Yeah to say the least I will never visit this place again!! Everything was crap Service, Food, Drink, No Receipt, Why have a Phone???

We where on a 6 hour trip so we decided to stop for lunch. Simple right? No. When we went to order the staff was rude. Asked for a Dave's single, Specifically said No mustard, no mayo, no pickles. And you know what happened. they put It on there. Plus the ice cream was melted. Disappointed.

Stopped here on a road trip to Lubbock — my son loved his chicken sandwich so much on day one that he came back the very next day on our return back home. Big mistake. Day two, he bites into what turns out to be a raw chicken sandwich. When he showed it to the staff, the manager casually said there “must be a defect with the chicken.” 🤦♀️ Pretty unbelievable. Serving raw chicken isn’t just “a defect,” it’s a major health hazard — and that kind of shrug-it-off response is unacceptable.

Was in drive-through forever, was told to give us just a moment be right with you. Never got the help, so I went to McDonald's right next door.

I ordered several items from the menu. Strawberry frosty thing being one of the items. When it was received it was completely melted. If i had wanted a strawberry quik, I would have spent less money and went next door to Walmart. I will NOT eat this stuff again.

Took longer than any other Wendy's I've ever been to. Even managers were in snail mode it's not wonder they had an employee walking around aimlessly in the kitchen. The counter guy was friendly and took time making sure every lid was ALL THE WAY on. A man ordered fries after 10+ mins left and said forget it. Food (Biggie meals) was barely warm all of it. Thankfully we were just passing thru cuz if that was my town I'd prob avoid going there which sux cuz I love Wendy's and don't have one within an hour of where I live.

To the owner or whoever the managing partner is of this Wendy’s in Sweetwater Texas can you please fix your freaking frosty machine? Like seriously I came through here a month ago and tried to order a chocolate frosty and it was down. They did not have chocolate Frosty’s a month later I come through Sweetwater to get a chocolate frosty and it’s still down I mean seriously get with the program if you’re gonna have a sign out front and be open, have what the customers want. This is really getting annoying. It seems like no fast Food establishment cares anymore this is so upsetting

They're food is ok not the best really greasy and the fries are dry some workers are rude when asking them for something and are closed when they say open online and on the door so I will not be coming back to Wendy's
