Did take out, and all of our 3 burgers were all messed up. As people traveling from out of town, this is frustrating. Worst location ever.

The drive thru line took 30 minutes. There were a lot of people inside as well. I’ve been to a busier whataburger and got my food quicker than this place, it’s clearly poorly managed. I felt really bad for the staff, they looked like they were trying their best, the drive thru guy who took out payment was sweating and seemed overwhelmed, but he was sweet. I noticed another employee with gloves on and he walked to one of the cars outside man’s gave them their drink with the gloves still on, then he touched the handle of the building door, and I saw him inside touching things in the kitchen with the same gloves on, he never changed them out. So I thought that was weird. Anyway, the food was fine. And the people were nice. Just too long of a wait, whataburger never takes this long.

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru line, at a absolute stop. Went inside to see if i can just get the kids meal chicken I ordered. Went inside only to wait 10 more minutes before anyone even greeted anyone. They were just yelling at each other in the back. But there is like 10 people working. So poorly managed

Great food! Clean restaurant! The service personnel did a great job, but seems like every Whataburger I've been to lately, is so slow. I mean 15-20 minutes is way too long to call yourself a fast food establishment.

I'm in Texas and looking forward to my first Whataburger and then it arrives. Rather than WHATABURGER, it was Thatwasaburger?! Expectation of a tasty Texan beef patty was replaced by the reality of a chain-style burger, where the flavour comes from the sauces. Bread was a bit dry. It was only the orange colour that made it different to any other burger chain. Service was fast enough, seating area free of rubbish and wash room clean. Lots of parking just off the Sweetwater junction of I20. Difficult walk from nearby hotels due to lack of paths.
Passing through omw to my cousins wedding in San Angelo. They forgot to give me my apple pie, but the food was so damn good they still get 5 stars.
I’ve been to many locations, with that said. This might be the best tasting whataburger I’ve ever had in my life.

Ordered well ahead, gave them an extra 7 minutes past the time it said it would be ready on the app. Still had to wait almost 10 minutes. On top of that, burger and drink were not correct.
