The Taft location regularly has bad customer service, low quality food, and incorrect orders, don’t even get me started on the wait times.
Ordered in the app, arrived 17 minutes later only to sit in the curbside spot for another 20+ minutes to receive a jalapeño cheese burger with TWO small jalapeños that was cold and the wrong size fries. At least the lady running my food this particular time was sweet.
You need to seriously consider shutting down this Whataburger the service and customer service does not meet the criteria of a Whataburger that we know and LOVE in TEXAS
Please re-train or shut it down this is an embarrassment of a Whataburger
