This is for the GC in Seagoville since it isn't on the app yet. The biggest thing I have to say about services in the Seagoville area Don't hire from Seagoville. These people can't get anything right get fired and move to a different business in the same area. Last week I ordered tea and was refused it and provided water instead. 03-22-2024 1200 ordered gravy with my two tender meals and was refused. I still try to avoid all the restaurants in the Seagoville area and take my money to where people can get an order correct. I would never hire anyone from Seagoville.

I’m so mad. I work in fast food so I can understand a lot of things that food handlers get treated. I spent a 100 dollars and got cold food after asking 3 times if I could have my food fresh. I am so disappointed I can’t believe I spent that much money on food for it to be old.

In the past three months I have visited this location twice and each time my order was short. I ordered 16 piece tenders both visits but received 8-10 pieces, which costnearly $30. I wanted a refund the second time it happened, and returned the order. I spoke with the manager and he stated that we don’t give refunds but then agreed to put the money back on my card. Days later When the credit did not show on my card I called to discuss it and the rude manager Sav hung up on me.Customer Beware …check your order before leaving the restaurant, the worst customer service ever!NEVER AGAIN ‼️??????

The manager makes sure that as much of the cooking equipment is as clean as humanly possible. Service is decently quick and wonderful, and the atmosphere is lovely.

I eat golden chick often but my first time trying this location was not the best. The service was ok I guess but they dont seem to be happy working here. Ive ordered wicked wings from here through uber once, drove in the drive thru 2/3 times & Ive sat and ate once but they are always stale. Like EVERYTIME!!! Over cooked just nasty!! Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.

My husband and I love fried chicken! We've eaten fried chicken and fried okra at many establishments. This place will never get our business ever, ever again! The service was not that great. The people there acted weird. The chicken was bland, and the okra had batter that tasted like unseasoned bland fair food batter. I think the grease was dirty or something. None of it was good. We threw almost a whole box of a large size of okra away, because it was not worth eating. We suffered through the chicken because we were starving. They make you purchase sauces instead of giving you one or two for free with your meal. We had to ask for ketchup and salt. The total for our meals for two people was almost $40! Go somewhere else for fried chicken and fried okra. Don't waste your time or money here. It must be a franchise problem, because after we ate there, we checked other locations, and they all had poor scores. We should've looked at the reviews before we stopped there.

This by far is the slowest service of a Golden Chick location I’ve ever dealt with. The fact that it’s literally not as busy as other locations is beyond me. Everytime I come it’s kids playing and orders take forever.

Honestly, This is my go to place. Their chicken is so clean and crispy that it’s makes my mouth water every time I eat it. The customer service is amazing and each employee had amazing service that is well… amazing! I very much reccomend Golden Chick for all the chicken lovers out there.
