“I always enjoy my time here. The wings are quality wings. I normally get the bone in but decided to try the wings with bone out. The salad was fresh and the tea with lemonade was great. “I've been many times but as a diabetic it's not very often. The food is always delicious and the people there very friendly. If language is a little bit of a barrier, have patience the ladies will work to get you exactly what you want. Their customer service is great! Their ice cream is absolutely one of the best in the area, They actually own an ice cream manufacturing place in Dallas and supply a lot of mobile ice cream guys and fruiterias around Dallas. They make quality ice cream and it's delicious because they use ingredients that make it so great, you will taste the difference!”

The mashed potatoes, black eyed peas, carrots, fried okra and cole slaw are all very good as well. We drive 15 to 20 miles to eat at this place. Probably more often than we should...”

“Best pizza in Forney! The owner is very welcoming and friendly, the pizza is better than any pizza place there is. The staff is nice and respectful, they get things done right and quickly! No matter when I have gone, the service is the same, and the food is always cooked just right.The only reason for 4 of 5 stars on the atmosphere is that this restaurant is also consistent on being loud. This location is slightly a bit quieter, but the sound level definitely is a hang-up with my kiddos. They don't care to come here due to the sound. “My daughter picked this place out and it was a great choice. 10 out of 10. It was a nice and chill spot, not too busy. The waitress was very attentive and sweet. The food did not disappoint. The fries were seasoned perfectly and the cornbread was sweet like my daughter likes it. We also had the catfish ? shrimp gumbo ? seasoned chicken tenders and swamp fries with chicken ?. Everything was good. The also give you along of food. My kids could have eaten off 1 plate bc the tenders were so big ( pic does no Justice) . I spent a little over $100. My kids also got Virgin daiquiris they said tasted so good. This will be my new spot to take myself out on lunch dates lol.”

My partner had the "Bluebonnet" quesadilla (vegetarian option) gorilla sized and ate it all. Confident enough to say this is the best burger I’ve ever had. I’d drive hours to eat this burger again! Family atmosphere outside and the friendliest owners. 20 out of 10 recommend. “"I recently dined at Rio Lerma and tried their Pollo con Hongos dish. While the plate itself was absolutely delicious, I couldn't help but feel a bit deceived by the name. Expecting a chicken and mushroom combination, I was surprised to find poblano peppers instead of mushrooms. The flavors were still fantastic, with the chicken cooked to perfection and the poblano adding a nice twist to the dish. In terms of the mushroom content, it was limited and barely visible compared to the more than a handful of poblano peppers. Perhaps a more fitting name for the dish would be Chicken and Poblano. One key difference I noticed from traditional Chicken Fajitas is that in Pollo con Hongos, you cut your own chicken breast as opposed to it being already sliced in the fajitas. So, basically, Chicken Fajitas and this dish are quite similar."”
