Based on the reviews, Crumbl is a place people love for their cookies. The flavors are always delicious, soft, and fresh, with the strawberry cookie being a favorite. Customers have tried the Dubai brownie with strawberry’s, the Reesie’s cookie, a Tres Leche, the Butter Cookie, Cheesecake cake, and a peanut butter cookie. The cookies are pretty decent size and the store smells amazing. However, some find the prices high at $5 dollars for a cookie, and one brownie was sticky and moist, feeling undercooked. Despite this, the customer service is great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The store is welcoming for kids, looks cute and clean, and has very opened parking.
