“Crumbl cookie is good but the only thing that I don’t like is their prices like $5 dollars for a cookie. I tried the Dubai brownie with strawberry’s and it was good but the brownie part was sticky, moist and it felt like it was undercooked but other than that great customer service and great quality and the cookies are pretty decent size.“

“The coolest part of this sonic is the car hops on skates, you don't see this much anymore. Service has been very fast the few times I've come here. Their downfall is sometimes they don't have certain slushie flavors available and as others have said, they're pretty stingy with food. I ordered tots and they weren't completely full...I'm used to having the little tot holder full with a couple in the bottom of the bag. But, what they lack in filling up your food, they make up for in fast and friendly service.“

“It was a good experience it was clean they were on top of everything until it was time for me to pay. There were nine people behind the counter and no one seemed to want to take my money. So I sat down and ate my ice cream and when I left I offered to pay for it before I left. It wasn't that much but I could have had and ice cream for free.“

“First impression was how clean this Braum’s looked. I have dined at many Braum’s and this one was delightful! Rosa came with an eagerness to help me and was very affirmative when I wanted to cut the mayo and cheese from their #1, which is so good that I never have a chance to try the other. Also, no sugar in my lime aid, and it was delicious. I’ve been loosing weight on this menu! Rosa made me feel important that my order is done right. Thank you, Rosa. “I normally don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this has happened multiple times now—about three or four visits. Each time, I ask for one thing, and they give me something else instead. Then, when I correct the order, they end up charging me more, even though the mistake was on their end.

For example, today I asked for a large corn in a cup, and instead they gave me a whole corn on the cob. I politely corrected it, and while they did give me the large cup, they charged me more—even though the original mistake wasn’t mine.

I really don’t appreciate being charged extra for fixing something I didn’t mess up. I hope this can be improved, because I do enjoy the food.

Update: One of the owners came out to personally apologize for the inconvenience. He explained that they strive to provide good service and made things right, which I really appreciated. This place is one of my favorite spots when everything goes smoothly, and it’s clear the owner cares about customer service. I definitely recommend stopping by and trying their snacks—the food is great, and it’s good to see them working to bring the service up to par with the quality of the food.“

“I would like to publicly commend Angel Lopez Mgr. for his kindness and generosity after my family experienced an unexpected Covid related emergency. Mr. Lopez safely ministered to my needs and even gave me his personal phone charger so I could keep in contact with my family member who had to be left alone in the hospital emergency and was also admitted with a very serious illness. I am thankful to report that my child is recovering and is now doing better. Angel was a real Angel to me and I thank God for him and his awesome team for showing me such much brotherly love!
