“BEST store bought cookies ever made and they’re Huge!!! Great for parties and the taste is the most yummy frosted sugar cookie out there. New flavors weekly & I love the plain sugar cookie with the pink icing the very best. This Rockwall location bakes their cookies perfectly whereby the are soooo moist. I visited a Crumbl location in Dallas on Preston Road close to Beltline Road, but they over baked their dough & they were not soft rather dry instead. Hope the Manager of this Rockwall location keeps the cookies forever soft here!!!“

“I had the most yummy ice cream with warm brownie yesterday at this location. I had been here last year but the seats and the tables were sticky; however this time everything was clean and the whole process and service went rather smoothly, so I thought I'd leave a review. I ended up having the Jamocha almond fudge ice cream over a warmed over brownie. This only cost about $5, as opposed to some competitors who mix things into their ice cream who tend to be $8 for just a small thing of ice cream. The owner was very nice wanted to make sure she understood my order and even gave me recommendations on her favorite ice creams. All in all it was a wonderful ending to a nice day.“

“I stop in once or twice a month depending on whether the Bear needs feeding or not,The crew, always seems to be in good spirits and cheerful, doesn't matter if it's 8am 12:00 or 5pm. That says good things about the managers.Clean and presentable, I've never had to ask to have a table wiped down.Through school of hard knocks i have learned to come in through the front door as the side door and where I park at is always locked. This super pisses me off. Then one day i'll be sittin there only to see someone come or go out it.Then the next time I try a month or so later the SOB will Fn locked again.If it is the store owner I want you to know that I park to the side so as not to tie up the stores quick and go spots but no more. I'm just going to park my big ole take up 1.5 spaces truck right smack dab in the best available. So there take that will ya!!!!“

“I would like to publicly commend Angel Lopez Mgr. for his kindness and generosity after my family experienced an unexpected Covid related emergency. Mr. Lopez safely ministered to my needs and even gave me his personal phone charger so I could keep in contact with my family member who had to be left alone in the hospital emergency and was also admitted with a very serious illness. I am thankful to report that my child is recovering and is now doing better. Angel was a real Angel to me and I thank God for him and his awesome team for showing me such much brotherly love! “I could tell the person taking order was new so I give them that. I really wanted the Sonic double stack that was advertised on the order screen but was told that they didn’t have that anymore. Disappointing but not life threatening. Meal was hot and good.“
