Crumbl at all locations is really hit and miss. They always have a chocolate chip type cookie every week and 4-5 other flavors that change every week. There is a few problems with this. One, not everyone likes chocolate chip, so they really should offer something like oatmeal every week. Two, all the stores offer the same flavors no matter if you go to a location in Miami or Chicago, it's the same week flavors. If they were smart, the would change up flavors in a region rotating between 4 stores close to each other and then phase out all 4 weeks of flavors each month. Service is ok, but terrible if you wish to modify a cookie (example-not wanting bacon on the maple bacon cookie, even when you call ahead, they won't do a simple mod like that).

I was first introduced to Crumbl cookie by a dear friend in the state of Washington and fell in love with the pink cookie. I haven’t seen the pink cookie on the menu since visiting this store for months, however I do see it is available for catering. Please add this pink cookie back to your weekly menu more often. I stopped in to pick up a few cookies this morning. The guy with long hair which is awful and should be pulled back and out of his face was touching the cookie batter and then texting on his phone. Not very sanitary!!!

I'm rarely EVER greeted when I walk in and there is no sense of urgency whatsoever. The atmosphere is plain, uninviting and the employees obviously need a lot more training. (no smiles, inattentive, no greeting, cookies not at standard) Other Crumble stores that I've been to have been well maintained, inviting and engaging. The Forney, location cookies have been unusually dry, falling apart and raw in the middle. They are very inconsistent. This location runs out of cookies constantly so I have to drive to other locations which is not convenient. I hope this store can turn things around.
