Found this BBQ joint while picking up my rental at Enterprise across the street. Enterprise employees gave a rave review. We tried the 2 meat (brisket and sausage) & 2 sides plate (rice salad and beans). We also added a rib. The entire meal was scrumptious. The brisket was cooked to perfection. It was moist. Today is the first time we tried Charlie's. The portions are great. We got ribs and brisket with beans and potato salad. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The flavor and tenderness of the brisket and ribs were great. The beans had more cilantro than my husband likes but I liked it. Potato salad was good too. Would definitely recommend
Sold out quick, by 1:30ish. The Staff was apologetic but professional. We were looking for a quality BBQ place on the way back home from Austin, TX. This location had great reviews so we decided to give it a try. We got there and they were pretty much sold out but were offering great service.
