Day after Thanksgiving, I drove 30 minutes from a ranch, went inside and was greeted right away. Ordered a lot of ordered for my family. They were awesome. Drove back to the ranch and everything was correct. Wonderful experience.
Everything was great here love thw tenders especially the Ice cream 🍦 😋
I didn’t used to like golden chick, but this location seems to know why people go to fried chicken spots. The chicken was hot and fresh and I got my food pretty quickly after ordering. Fries were extra crispy, and my gravy was nice and hot. I don’t love their rolls, but that’s not a horrible thing for me. I’d go when it’s busy around lunch, perhaps the food isn’t as fresh on off hours and might lead to a worse off experience.

The manager is very helpful and understanding, listening carefully to customer concerns and responding accordingly. Fresh cooked food is prepared promptly, confirming the staff hears what is said. The employees, including Chrystal and Melissa, are friendly, helpful, and keep the restaurant looking good. Parking is often full because the food is so good, and the restaurant is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible. Customers appreciate the great food and friendly staff, although some have experienced a short wait when ordering ahead. Overall, Golden Chick ensures a great dining experience with yummy food and a bonus ice cream machine.
