Stumbled on this place before heading over to Louis Mueller. Great little place. It's at a newer location. Beer was great. The conversation with the beer tender was awesome. Her knowledge of Texas high school football was impressive. If I ever get back to Taylor, I will stop.
The beer is delicious. The company is great. (I seriously met most of my friends when I moved to Taylor here.) The latest menu additions of pretzels and brats are so delicious, too. Plus, they brew beer for good causes and have several that support nonprofits like the K9 Lager, Bill Pickett Porter and the seasonal Taylor Pride Beer this past summer. Love TBC and so grateful for them.

One should not visit Taylor without stopping at TBC. It was sad to see them shut down their tap room in downtown Taylor, considering they were pivotal in it's revitalization. But they've opened up at their brewery down the road. It's such a great place with an awesome backyard vibe. They often welcome local food vendors and continue to be an important part of making Taylor great. I'm always proud when I see their beer in other parts of the state.
