Absolutely delicious tacos served here. I almost never do reviews but this place definitely deserves 5 stars. The service is amazing, the food is amazing, and the atmosphere is lovely. All of the agua frescas taste authentic! If you are ever nearby I highly recommend coming by to try Rolando’s Food truck!

Quesobirria tacos were amazing! Most flavorful dipping sauce. Green salsa was so good we bought some to take home! Picnic tables with shade, but it was very hot today.

We were recommended & heard they had the best Birria tacos/quesadillas and they did not disappoint! Great food, service, portions and quick too. You can’t beat that! We will definitely be back and recommending others as well.

Would drive the 30 min every time just for their food. Absolutely the best birria tacos ever, we also tried the torta and tacos! Everything 10/10 including customer service! 🤩

Rolando’s Food Truck is one of my favorite places to go eat with great customer service an family oriented business hands down the best food Truck I ever been to.
